Using specialist technology, Desert textiles are made entirely from recycled plastic bottles turned into yarn. This technique produces an incredibly resistant and durable design, while reusing waste materials. Each seat of the Desert armchair corresponds to the equivalent of 53 plastic bottles. Not only are these textiles practical, easily washable and suitable for outdoor use, they are also pleasant to the touch, contrary to what you might think of a material made from plastic.
