Sebastian Herkner’s Bell Table collection overturns the usual use of materials by combining glass, a light and fragile material used for the base, with a metal tabletop that seems to float above it. The stained-glass base is traditionally blown into a wooden mould. Its sculptural presence contrasts with the brass frame, forming a harmonious whole with bell-like curves. With its reflective surfaces and contrasting materials, the Bell Table adds a refined and graceful touch to the living room. It celebrates the beauty, colours and shapes of the materials, combined with the qualities of meticulous craftsmanship. The Bell Coffee coffee table and the Bell Side side table are unique and fragile pieces, each made entirely by hand and produced by Classicon.
