The Capo series was originally designed for the Capo Italian restaurant in Shanghai, where the interior design concept was based on a basilica and had an old-world charm of masonry enclosure fitted out with beautifully crafted details. The Capo chair series by De La Espada also embraces these heritage qualities, where the simple, modern form is enriched with stitching details that evoke old-world sensibilities. The Capo chair is a balance between sophistication and utility, between classic and contemporary aesthetics. The Capo series includes a dining chair with and without armrests, a bar stool in two heights and a chaise longue with or without armrests.
