Arne Jacobsen designed the Drop chair in 1958 for his famous Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. The chair was originally produced with the Swan and Egg armchairs, in limited edition, uniquely for the hotel. After it had been in hibernation for more than fifty years, Fritz Hansen relaunched the uniquely shaped Drop chair. The characterful chair combines a warm shell with great freedom of movement, providing optimal comfort. Available in a variety of colours, Drop adds a touch of originality to the most understated dining rooms.
