The Eames Plastic Side Chair is the updated version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair by American designers Charles and Ray Eames. This Eames Vitra chair is a re-imagining of the first mass-produced plastic chair. Edited by Vitra, the Eames chair is now available with a new lounge height base: the Eames Plastic Chair LSR (Lounge Height Side Chair, Rod Base). This compact chair was a favourite of Charles and Ray Eames: they used the LSR throughout Eames House, their legendary home in Pacific Palisades. The Plastic Chair LSR can be used both indoors and outdoors. Perfect for the living room or garden, this armchair is also available in the classic Fiberglass version.
