Designed in 2001 by Enzo Mari, the Boomerang desk is presented by Gebrüder Thonet Vienna at the Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025. The structure of the Boomerang desk consists of a curved beam in laminated beech, inspired by the boomerang-shaped beams used in architecture, and four legs in solid beech. With its curved shape, the extra-clear tempered glass top follows the shape of the base, giving the desk a dynamic and light effect. The Boomerang GTV desk stands out for its essential and functional design. It perfectly reflects the work of the designer, who has always favoured pure forms and rational construction, making each element clearly legible in its function.
