The series of Sillon round mirrors, designed by Sebastian Herkner for And Tradition, draws its inspiration from the French Art Deco movement. The Art Deco movement was characterised by simplified designs, curves and geometric patterns. This elegant style was the ideal starting point for designer Sebastian Herkner, who was looking for a way to create a subtle adaptation of an iconic object: the mirror. Named after the French translation of the word « groove », the series of Sillon mirrors is punctuated by an undulating frame that contrasts delicately with the smooth, reflective glass. Available in three diameters, 46, 66 or 96 cm, the Sillon round mirrors come in two frame finishes: brass or chrome. Hang them at different heights, alone or in combination, in a hallway, bathroom or bedroom.
