This citrus squeezer was created by the great designer Philippe Starck for Alessi in the early 90s, following the « Solferino » project, in which six French architects and designers worked for the Italian brand. Presented as a truly iconic object that symbolises the production of this collaboration, the Juicy Salif citrus squeezer is revolutionary and surprisingly functional. Philippe Starck sketched it out on a pizzeria tablecloth while on holiday by the sea in Italy. It is made from shiny cast aluminium with polyamide feet. This mysterious object is surprising and seductive in its appearance, and will adorn any kitchen worktop while playing its part in making delicious juices.
