The result of a collaboration between Tom Dixon and the Front design studio, Melt is a collection of luminaires as innovative as they are poetic. The Melt suspension features a beautiful distorted globe of light that creates a striking effect of molten blown glass. The diffuser is translucent when switched on, and has a mirror finish when switched off. The suspension Melt Tom Dixon emits an attractive, slightly hallucinogenic light, reminiscent of images of the cosmos taken by the Hubble telescope.Melt by Tom Dixon is available in a range of refined finishes and also as a table lamp and wall light.
