Designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for MDF, Aïku is a collection of contemporary chairs with pure lines. This series takes its name from the Japanese word « haiku », which refers to a very short poem form, usually consisting of three lines. These poems draw their strength from the art of suggestion, expressing a lot in a few words. The Aiku collection is inspired by this literary form, for its incredible sense of synthesis. Like the poem, the Aïku chair by MDF is both radical and refined, suitable for both domestic and office spaces.
