Description
Born from the collaboration between GUBI and the Danish studio Toko Among Friends, directed by Linda Korndal, Keen is a modular shelving system that combines architectural rigor, expressive sobriety and discreet adaptability. Designed to support the evolution of its users, it consists of an ingenious structure that allows a fluid extension, both vertical and horizontal, without ever breaking the visual balance of the whole. The system is based on a mechanism of rods and supports that are both discreet and robust, ensuring aesthetic continuity regardless of the configuration chosen. Thanks to its seven main modules, Keen adapts to the functional needs of contemporary interiors while bringing a sculptural presence. Available with a black brass or satin stainless steel frame, it comes in several shelf finishes: FSC certified black-brown stained ash, FSC certified ALPI veneer, or cold grey stained glass, each bringing tactile and visual depth to the whole. The subtle contrast between industrial materials and natural finishes gives Keen a dimension that is both technical and warm. Evolutionary system by essence, Keen finds its place as well in a living room, an office or a reception area. It embodies a rare balance between modular functionality, refinement of details and poetry of form, faithful to the spirit of contemporary Scandinavian design.
