Designed by Jordi Canudas and produced by Marset, the Dipping Light turns light itself into an evocative visual composition. When switched on, its successive layers of colour soften the brightness and create gentle halos that bathe the environment in a warm and captivating glow. When off, the Dipping Light becomes a refined sculptural object, its blown-glass sphere revealing a palette of expertly applied shades. This creation originates from an experimental approach by Jordi Canudas, who immersed a lit bulb into paint to observe the chromatic variations it produced. From this process emerged a lamp with a distinctive presence, defined by concentric rings of colour that capture and shape the light to give it a unique radiance. Because each layer is applied by hand, every Dipping Light carries its own character, making each piece truly singular. Set upon a precisely crafted brass base, the Dipping Light offers a harmonious interplay of materials, colours and luminosity. It fits naturally into living rooms, workspaces or bedside areas, bringing a refined artistic touch to any interior.
