The Cobra lamp is one of Greta M. Grossman’s most iconic designs. This table lamp was originally designed in the 1950s and takes its name from the oval shape of the lampshade, which resembles the neck of a cobra. Thanks to its revolutionary design, the Cobra table lamp won the Good Design Award in the same decade and was subsequently exhibited at the Good Design Show at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. Produced by Gubi, Cobra is a classic and unique lamp that, thanks to its flexible tubular arm, can be directed in any direction, allowing for a wide range of lighting options for the work table or soft lighting in the living room.
