Designed by Linde Freya Tangelder for Cassina, the Fluid Joinery Light Bronze table lamp extends the sculptural language of the Fluid Joinery collection into a luminous room with both poetic and architectural presence. Inspired by the coffee table Fluid Joinery – Side Table I, it takes up its formal essence in a compact version where volume becomes source of light, revealing a subtle play between matter, transparency and reflection. With its sober and refined aesthetic, it naturally fits into a living room, bedroom, office or contemporary hospitality space, providing a soft and enveloping light. Made of hand-blown glass and handcrafted, the lamp is distinguished by its chemised glass composed of several layers that create visual variations depending on whether it is lit or turned off. The bronze shades reinforce the depth of the material and highlight the engravings and reliefs of the glass, giving rise to a living and changing luminous object. True to the approach of Linde Freya Tangelder, Fluid Joinery Light explores the balance between sculptural solidity and luminous lightness, transforming light into a sensitive and decorative experience.
