Drawing inspiration from Bernd and Hilla Becher’s photographs of silos and water towers, Sebastian Herkner has transposed industrial geometric structures into appealing objects. As if Becher’s images stepped off the page to come to life, the Oda luminaires use deep tones and plays of transparency to create centrepieces that stand out in any space. Available as a table lamp or floor lamp, the Oda collection from Pulpo features simple yet bold lines. The fine structure contrasts with the softly curved blown-glass diffuser, creating a radiant light fitting with timeless appeal.
