Born from the encounter between Petite Friture and Samy Rio, Quasar is an elegant and playful nomadic lamp. Samy Rio has a strong commitment to craftsmanship, and it took him two years of research before he was able to industrialise his concept, a perfect compromise between technical choices and efficient use. Fascinated by circular shapes, Samy Rio wanted to give this object an aesthetic that was both pure and quirky. In reference to astronomy, Quasar (contraction of Quasi-stellar) is the brightest star in the galaxy. A creative and vibrant design and the choice of a contemporary material: anodised aluminium.
