Description
Taccia lamp is a design icon, designed by the Castiglioni brothers for Flos and first produced in 1962. This table lamp provides indirect and reflected light, and consists of a varnished metal reflector placed on a swivel diffuser, which is made of hand-blown transparent glass. The size of the diffuser is deliberately disproportionate to that of the black aluminium base, inspired by ancient columns, on which it is barely balanced. Taccia Small lamp can emit broad and focused light depending on the position of the diffuser.
