The Showtime vase collection was the result of a collaboration between young, Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, and well-known manufacturer Bd Barcelona in 2006. This series of organically shaped vases, halfway between sculptures and fictional characters, combines traditional glazed stoneware with the originality of these decorative objects. Showtime vases each come in different shapes and sizes and hold small bouquets of flowers, as adornments only, since the vase is the star of the show. The designer’s trademark style can be found throughout the collection, along with the essence of the prestigious Spanish design manufacturer, Bd Barcelona, through the fusion of classicism and modernity.
